Gates introduces GlobalSpiral High (GSH) and GlobalSpiral Plus (GSP) no-skive couplings for heavy-duty hydraulic applications in mining, construction, drilling and other high-pressure, high-impulse industrial applications. These couplings are an extension of Gates GlobalSpiral coupling line. They have been reengineered to handle pressures up to 6,000 psi for -24 (1-1/2") and -32 (2") I.D. hose operating in the toughest working environments.

GSH and GSP couplings are available in over 30 thread configurations including SAE, DIN, BSP, Komatsu-style, JIS and CAT flange. Couplings are tested to 1,000,000 impulse cycles, double the SAE standard of 500,000 impulse cycles. TuffCoat plating provides more than four times better corrosion resistance than the SAE ASTMB117 specification.

No Skiving is required with GSH and GSP couplings. This saves time, labor, equipment and assembly errors. And the shop area stays clean and odor free. The result is premium quality assemblies and lower costs.
