- How much Pressure is this system conveying?

Worm Gear Clamps:
50 Series Worm Gear Clamp
Our most popular clamp and an industry standard for most general-purpose applications, ranging from simple home and auto repair to heavy duty industrial purposes.
Sizes offered between 3/8" to 7".
Specs: 50-0 Series Clamps are MADE IN THE USA. Screw: 5/16" Hex Head; Plated Carbon Steel.
Housing: 200 Stainless. Band: 9/16"; 200 Stainless. Installation Torque: 35 in-lbs (4Nm).
Shop 50 Series Worm Gear Clamp
53 Series Worm Gear Clamp
Specifically designed for us with silicone rubber and other soft hose applications. The interior is specially lined to eliminate any damage to a softer material hose.
Sizes offered between 1/2" to 5".
Specs: Screw: 5/16" Hex Head; Plated Carbon Steel. Housing: 200 Stainless. Band: 1/2"; 200 Stainless. Installation Torque: 35 in-lbs (4Nm).
Shop 53 Series Worm Gear Clamp
56 Series Worm Gear Clamp
Designed for applications in "closed" systems. Clamp must be disengaged to be applied. The swivel-action locking of screw to band makes installation and removal much faster. Applications include general purpose, mild-corrosive environments, cable bundling and hanging of light weight signs.

57 Series Worm Gear Clamp
Most commonly used for home and automotive applications. Similar to the 50 series with a slightly smaller width overall (.50 width as compared to a .56 width on the 50 series).

62 Series Worm Gear Clamp
Engineered for smaller applications such as emission control, fuel lines, and vacuum hoses. The compact size makes instillation in confined areas easier.
Sizes offered between 5/16" to 1-1/2"

68 Series Worm Gear Clamp
Similar to the 50 Series in design, the 68 Series is a fully stainless piece with applications for most general purpose usage, most commonly used in an industrial application.

Band Clamps
Center Punch Band-It
Offered in both Stainless Steel and Galvanized. Designed to meet your specific application requirement. Used in less demanding applications where minimizing leaks and longevity are not critical. Lock with impact from a hammer using a conical punch designed into the tool. Double wrapped steel bands using 201 Stainless Steel or galvanized carbon steel. Not recommended for use with fittings that may crack on impact or poly fittings.
Ear Clamps
Oetiker 2-Ear Clamps are suitable for use by OEMs, but also for maintenance, repair, and service purposes. Used on rubber hoses, plastic tubing, electrical cables, welding hoses, and other materials can be securely fastened. Ear clamps are a fairly simple device for connecting a hose to a pipe or a fitting like a hose barb connection. The clamp is a metal band with a protruding "ear", the sides of which are forced together to tighten the ring around a hose.
Routing Clamps
Furnished open to allow the clip to be snapped over wiring or tube, then closed with the bolt at assembly. Contoured to minimize distortion during clamping. Round top hole. Commonly used on longer lengths of hose to ensure proper routing where abrasion, heat, or moving parts need to be avoided.
T-Bolt Clamps
T-bolt clamps can be applied with a standard 7/16" socket wrench. Not for use with pneumatic tools. Appropriate where more torque is needed than offered with Worm Gear clamps, or where the type of hose would require more tension (PVC vs Rubber air hose). Designed for use in high vibration and large diameter applications common in heavy trucks, industrial machinery, off-road equipment, agricultural irrigation and machinery.
Bolt-On Clamps
Double Bolt Clamps
Choose 2-bolt hose end clamps in a variety of sizes and double bolt hose clamps to help secure low-pressure couplings. Bolt lugs are reinforced to prevent bending out of alignment.
4-Bolt Clamps
Bolt in Boss clamps are designed to bend as they are tightened. This allows the clamp to conform to the hose outside diameter. Always tighten bolts to their specified torque value. periodic re-tightening of bolts is required due to cold flow phenomenon present in al rubber hoses. Boss clamps are for single use only! Once removed they are to be discarded. 4-bolt type clamps have 2 gripping fingers and 2 clamp sections. For use with Water, Steam Service, and Air.
2-Bolt Clamps
The correct size Boss clamp must be used. Bolts in Boss clamps are designed to bend as they are tightened. This allow the clamp to conform to the hose outside diameter. Always tighten bolts to their specified torque value. Periodic re-tightening of bolts is required due to cold flow phenomenon present in all rubber hoses. Boss clamps are for single use only! Once removed they are to be discarded. 2-bolt type clamp with 2 gripping fingers and 2 clamp sections. For use with air and water.
